We are Formula Student Team Napier (FSTN), a team of dedicated students from Edinburgh Napier University who compete in the IMechE Formula Student competition.

Formula Student (or FSAE) is the world's largest student engineering competition, with over 600 universities participating. Each year, teams are challenged to design and build a single-seater race car, and then come together to compete in a series of static and dynamic events. As a Scottish team, we compete at the world-famous Silverstone Circuit here in the UK.

 

FSTN was founded in December 2021, with the ambition of building both a car and a successful long-lasting team. Since then, we are fortunate to have built a team comprising of students from a variety of cultural and academic backgrounds, all working together to achieve these goals.
