WHY SHOULD I JOIN?
We encourage everyone to apply to join the team! It’s a wonderful opportunity to meet other like-minded students and work together on a really cool project in a professional environment.
There is no better way to kick-start your career than this, as you will get the opportunity to learn soft-skills in a team environment that often classes don’t really teach you.
Working on this project allows you to try things and learn what you like (and dislike!) doing in a supportive, friendly environment. We’re all students after all, so we are all in the same boat!
And of course, if you’re interested in F1 or motorsport at all, this is the FIRST thing that interviewers will ask you about. Many current engineers on F1 teams are Formula Student graduates!
